Responsibilities of the Buyer and Seller

Responsibilities of the Buyer:

 

  • Acceptance and Payment. The buyer is required to accept the ordered goods and pay the price of the items along with any applicable delivery charges.

  • Updating Information. The buyer must promptly inform the seller of any changes to the information provided in their registration form.

  • Order Reservation and Payment. Goods selected by the buyer will be reserved, and the seller will only process the sales contract once payment confirmation is received from the buyer’s bank.

  • Compliance. The buyer must adhere to the requirements outlined in these Terms and applicable Lithuanian legal regulations.

 

Seller's Rights and Responsibilities:

 

  • Seller’s Rights. The seller retains the rights provided by Lithuanian legal regulations.

  • Service Provision. The seller is responsible for creating conditions that allow the buyer to use the electronic store’s services effectively.

  • Delivery Organization. The seller will organize the delivery of goods to the address specified by the buyer.

  • Handling Non-Delivery. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the seller cannot deliver the ordered products, they will offer an equivalent alternative product. If the buyer declines the replacement, the seller will refund the payment within 7 working days. In such cases, the seller is released from responsibility for non-delivery of the original goods.

Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Our goal is to offer clear and straightforward pricing that reflects the superior quality of our titanium jewelry, piercing tools, and healing products. While prices may be adjusted without prior notice, any confirmed orders will remain unaffected by these changes.

 

Please note that if a discount or promotion is introduced after your order has been confirmed, it will not apply retroactively to previously purchased items. All promotional offers will be clearly marked on the site and apply only to new orders made during the promotion period.

Delivery

At BT-Piercing, we strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We ship to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, and delivery times depend on the location and the postal service used. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout, but please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service issues or customs procedures.


Shipping costs are calculated separately and are based on carrier rates, which will be clearly outlined during the checkout process. If your order arrives damaged, we offer a replacement or a full refund, provided valid proof of the damage is submitted.
