REFUNDS AND DELIVERY

Delivery

At BT-Piercing, we prioritize efficient and reliable shipping for our customers.

 

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the moment your order is confirmed and payment is received. Please note that shipments are only carried out on business days (Monday through Friday). If you place an order on a holiday or during the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on the next available business day after the holiday or weekend.

  • If a holiday falls on a weekday, it is treated as a non-working day, and no shipments will be made on that day. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If you order on a Lithuanian public holiday, your shipment will be processed and dispatched once the holiday period ends.

  • The cost of delivery is calculated based on your location and the shipping carrier you choose. Shipping fees are determined by the rates set by the carrier, and the exact delivery cost will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

List of Public Holidays in Lithuania:

  • January 1 – New Year’s Day

  • February 16 – Independence Day of Lithuania

  • March 11 – Restoration of Independence

  • Easter Sunday and Monday (dates vary)

  • May 1 – International Workers' Day

  • June 24 – St. John’s Day (Midsummer)

  • July 6 – Statehood Day (Coronation of King Mindaugas)

  • August 15 – Assumption Day

  • November 1 – All Saints’ Day

  • December 24 – Christmas Eve

  • December 25-26 – Christmas Day and Boxing Day

Please plan your orders accordingly around these dates, as they are non-working days and may affect the dispatch of your order.

While we ensure that orders are dispatched promptly, the speed of delivery depends entirely on the chosen shipping carrier. BT-Piercing is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping service, as these are beyond our control. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, it is their responsibility to ensure timely delivery based on their delivery schedules and processes.

Refunds

At BT-Piercing, we adhere to Lithuanian consumer protection laws, providing clear guidelines for product returns. If you wish to cancel the purchase contract as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, you may return the goods at our expense within 7 business days of providing a written notification of cancellation.

 

If you wish to return or exchange an item due to personal preferences—such as size, color, model, or completeness — you have the right to do so within 14 business days from the date of delivery. However, certain exceptions may apply under Lithuanian law. In these cases, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. All returns are subject to the Minister of Economy's Order No. 217 of June 29, 2001, regulating the return and exchange of goods.

 

Return Conditions:

 

  • The goods must be returned in their original packaging, with any instructions, warranty cards, and the original invoice included.

  • The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is properly assembled and packed for return. If the item is incomplete or improperly packed, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return.

  • Goods will not be accepted if they have been used, damaged, or have lost their commercial appearance. Minor changes made for product inspection do not affect return eligibility.

 

If you receive a defective product or one that does not meet quality standards, you have the right to request a repair, exchange, or return. To initiate a return, please contact us via email and include your order number in the subject line along with the word "Return" to ensure faster processing.

If you receive a damaged shipment, do not accept the package. It is important that you immediately note the damage on the consignment note and refuse the delivery. In this case, we will process a refund within 7 business days of receiving confirmation that the shipment was returned due to damage. If the buyer accepts the shipment and signs the consignment note without any comments, it will be considered that the shipment was delivered in good condition and without any visible damage caused during transit.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
